Expect to not get what you expect. Many times, communication is a problem, and when you ask for something, sometimes you will get something else.

Always seek someone who can understand you. Take your time in finding someone who can truly help you in your stay in Thailand.

Be calm and quiet with dealing with Thai people. They are very shy and if you are too aggressive, they will find it very hard to help you.

Ask around for better deals. Take your time in buying something. Thailand is a place to bargain, even if you are in a mall.

Schedule your travel in Thailand with a certified travel agent, because you will enjoy your time instead of wasting time.

Do not bring cash. There are ATM's almost everywhere in Thailand, so there is no need to carry cash.

Do not be afraid of southern Thailand. It is the most beautiful paradise on earth, and not that many tourists have discovered the beauty down in the south.
